Martin Luther King
Martin Luther King Was a great man, he helped and fight for black people rights. Martin Luther King was born in January 15, 1929. He was assassinated in April 4, 1968. Martin Luther King was one of the firsts man to fight for the colored people.
He was born in Atlanta and his father was a pastor from the Baptist church, when his father died he took the charge of co-pastor. He graduated from Georgia high school. Then he was selected as a president in senior class in a seminary in Pennsylvania and he was awarded with the B.D. In 1953 he graduated from the university with a residence in doctorate. Then he married Coretta and they have two daughters.
In 1954 he became a pastor and part of an association of colored people. Then in 1995 he accepted the leadership of a non-violence movement that lasted 382 days. During these days Martin Luther was arrested and his house was bombed. In 1957 king was selected as the president of a Christian Conference that helped human rights, since that he traveled over six million miles and spoke twenty-five hundred times where was injustice, protest, and action; and also he wrote five books. He was awarded with five honorary degrees and in the age of thirty-five he receive a novel peace price; becoming the youngest man in receive one; And finally in 1968 he was assassinated in his hotel balcony.
