RESUMEN

Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad del registro y la aplicabilidad del proceso enfermero en los pacientes de la unidad de cuidados intensivos adultos del Hospital de Emergencias José Casimiro Ulloa – 2021. Materiales y método: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal correlacional. Las unidades muestrales estarán compuestas por 92 historias clínicas de los pacientes atendidos en el segundo semestre 2021 en el Hospital de Emergencias José Casimiro Ulloa. El instrumento validado previamente es una lista de cotejo dicotómica, la variable calidad de registro se mide con 1 dimensión con valores finales Alto mayor a 8 puntos, medio de 6 a 8 y bajo menor a 6; la variable aplicabilidad del proceso enfermero será medida con 6 dimensiones con valores finales alto mayor a 8 puntos, medio de 4 a 8 y bajo menor de 4. Resultados: los resultados serán presentados en tablas y gráficos estadísticos, utilizando las medidas de tendencia central para el análisis cuantitativo. Conclusiones: la investigación brindará datos que contribuirán a la mejora del proceso de atención enfermero, el que va a redundar en la calidad del cuidado que se brinda al paciente.

ABSTRACT

Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of the registry and applicability in the nursing process in patients at the adult intensive care unit in José Casimiro Ulloa Emergency Hospital - 2021. Materials and method: quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-correlational design. The sample units will be made up of 92 medical records of the patients treated in the second half of 2021 at the José Casimiro Ulloa Emergency Hospital. The previously validated instrument is a dichotomous checklist, the registry quality variable is measured with 1 dimension with final values ​​High greater than 8 points, medium from 6 to 8 and low less than 6; The applicability variable of the nursing process will be measured with 6 dimensions with high final values ​​greater than 8 points, medium from 4 to 8 and low less than 4. Results: the results will be presented in tables and statistical graphs, using the measures of central tendency for quantitative analysis. Conclusions: the research will provide data that will contribute to the improvement of the nursing care process, which will result in the quality of care provided to the patient.
