El impuesto a la Promocion Municipal (IPM) facilita la recaudacion de los municipios locales, ya que se realiza de manera directa; y no proveniente de lo que asigna el Estado.
Esto ayuda a agilizar y realizar labores en mejora del del municipio.
Permite aumentar la competitividad de los municipios, ya que los incentiva a generar mas comercio para asi tener mayor recaudacion.
Permite al Estado identificar el volumen de comercio entre las distintos municipios del territorio.
Bilateral commerce between Peru and Japan will increase by 25% annually, according to Mincetur. It is a positive balance for Peru at this time. The main idea of this FTA is to focus on the creation of commercial opportunities for nontraditional products.
According to the schedule established for the FTA, the duties of 99% of the products that are exchange between Peru and Japan will be reduce in a maximum of 10 years.
• The products that represent a high interest for Peru such as, coffee, asparagus, sacha inchi, fish oil, copper, lead, zinc, purple maize, Giant corn of Cuzco, swordfish, among others will enter Japanese market with a preferable access
• Peru offers immediate relief and to five years for products of interest in Japan as cell phones, computers, televisions, rolled products of iron or steel, various electronics, among others. In the region, only Chile has an FTA with Japan.
But not only the bilateral trade will be improved, it is also expected to have a greater flow of investments. Even Mitsubishi Bank of Japan has already announced its entry into our country. The good thing about the banking business presence is that not only brings investment attraction, but also generates a good presentation to the world.
Currently the Japanese direct investment in Peru around US $ 210 million and is focused on industries such as mining, automotive, etc.
• Why is the FTA between Peru and Japan important?
Because it has opened a new door of trade to export our products. As we know, we can only export traditional products and minerals but are the most revenue generating the country. This treaty Japan allows us to exploit more of our non-traditional products because they are the greatest demand.
Japan is a world power in which offers to our country a market of 130 million people with a Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita of US $ 40,000 annually. Makes it very suitable for our products and we can develop more for the benefits they offer and also by technological products that we care for greater industrial efficiency.
