-The sophisticated and distinguished Eleven Madison Park located in the south of the city, according to the chef, known for all kinds of fish, especially grilled seafood. I met with a majestic entrance that filled me with expectations. The place was packed, I sat down and I started to see the letter. First, the dishes on the menu were not presented in an orderly, desserts first, then main dishes, wines and last entries. See that alienated me immediately. I did not want to disappoint me so fast so I ordered the specialty. A dish who they serve me cold and not good presentation. No doubt the restaurant has a good service personnel, is a homey place, but must review his letter and dishes that seem wonderful but they are not.

-The Osteria Francescana located in the race 33 with street 56, is a small restaurant with a lot of decoration, according to the chef known for the pasta. I had a nice welcome, however the service was a little slow considering who the place was almost empty. I resented the music, because it was not relaxing. I ordered pasta in white sauce, and the dish came with a special wine and recommended in the letter, so I decided to ask. Each dish requires a specific wine, and the wine that accompanied my dish was not the indicated. This should be improved immediately, too loud music and slow service.

-The Mugaritz is a famous restaurant located in the race 27 with street 45, known for offering dishes typical from around the country. It took me a long time to find the place because the name of the restaurant does not look in the street. I was treated immediately, although the waiter had to return several times because he did not remember my request, paisa tray. The chef is out of the typical food and gives a  personal touch to the dish, which I did not like. Since the place is not easy to find, it should be improved entry for the restaurant became more visible. We must also improve service and serving dishes without change.
