LOS PROBLEMAS AMBIENTALES SI EXISTEN

Resumen

El objetivo de este texto es identificar las irregularidades que existen a nivel de temas encaminados al medio ambiente. Si bien es claro en Colombia existen diversos problemas ambientales que están generando un impacto importante en la desaparición de recursos naturales, fomentando la pobreza y la corrupción, este último afecta significativamente que un estado ubicado entre los mas ricos en fuentes hídricas y mayor biodiversidad continúe siendo un país subdesarrollado, debido a la falta de recursos asignados a esta materia. Es importante mencionar que, aunque existan leyes y normas que rijan y controlen los temas relacionados al cuidado y manejo de recursos no se están cumpliendo por dos factores importantes; el primero por desconocimiento de los ciudadanos, razón que permite que las personas corruptas puedan realizar sus actividades ilícitas, que puedan maquillar proyectos que simplemente obtienen resultados negativos para el país; la segunda por que se utilizan aquellos recursos que identifican a Colombia con el mayor número de problemáticas a nivel de América Latina con mas del 70% relacionadas con el uso del agua y la extracción de los minerales. Por otro lado, el Ministerio de Ambiente ha creado leyes que buscan impulsar la preservación de los recursos a través de diferentes convenios con entidades que fomentan proyectos verdes amigables con el medio ambiente que conlleven mitigar aquellos problemas encaminados a la deforestación y degradación de bosques y a los problemas anteriormente mencionados. Como conclusión se define la importancia como valor primordial de todos los colombianos para llevar a cabo soluciones que permitan reducir los riesgos a nuestros recursos naturales y poder usar en beneficio propio la belleza y riqueza que se tiene en biodiversidad.

Abstract

The objective of this text is to identify the irregularities that exist at the level of environmental issues. Although it is clear in Colombia there are various environmental problems that are generating a significant impact on the disappearance of natural resources, promoting poverty and corruption, the latter significantly affects that a state located among the richest in water sources and greater biodiversity continues to be an underdeveloped country, due to the lack of resources allocated to this matter. It is important to mention that, although there are laws and regulations that govern and control matters related to the care and management of resources, they are not being complied with due to two important factors; the first due to ignorance of citizens, a reason that allows corrupt people to carry out their illegal activities, that they can make up projects that simply obtain negative results for the country; the second because those resources are used that identify Colombia with the greatest number of problems in Latin America, with more than 70% related to the use of water and the extraction of minerals. On the other hand, the Ministry of the Environment has created laws that seek to promote the preservation of resources through different agreements with entities that promote green projects that are friendly to the environment that entail mitigating those problems aimed at deforestation and forest degradation and the above-mentioned problems.
