Queensland Petroleum Exploration Data (QPED) contains general well history, company and GSQ stratigraphic picks, drill stem tests, hydrocarbon indications, references, wireline log types, downhole temperatures, analytical results (e.g. oil, gas, pyrolysis, petrophysics, thermal maturity), and location information for over 7000 petroleum, coal seam gas, and stratigraphic wells.
The seismic shotpoint location database (SPLOC) contains location data for almost 1000 2D seismic surveys recorded in Queensland up to 2008. Location information on twenty one 3D seismic surveys carried out up prior to 2008 are also provided.
The C-Horizon map for Queensland, a regional seismic marker correlating with the top of the Cadna-owie Formation and equivalents, is supplied on the disk.
Queensland Petroleum Wireline Log data include digital well logs for over 2700 open file petroleum exploration wells and stratigraphic bores in Queensland.
All of these data are available on a DVD for cost of provision (PDF, 12 kB).
The well data can also be downloaded directly from the online Interactive Resource and Tenure Maps (IRTM).
