History
Running started The Athletics in the Olympic Games, were created and first held in 776 B.C. in ancient Greece in honor of the king and queen of the Greek gods, Zeus and Hera, and only men could compete. The first official modern Olympic Games were held in Athens, Greece, in 1896. Since then, the Summer Olympic Games have been held every four years in many major cities around the world. In 1924 the first Winter Olympics were held. They also take place every four years but are held two years after the Summer Olympics. The city where the games are held is called the “host city.” Women were allowed to compete in the Olympic Games for the first time in 1928.

Running is the most complete and healthy activitie, the running allows humans and animals to move quickly and efficiently.
Is a effective sport that allows maintaining a good state of health at the same time as clearing the mind and developing an active and energetic attitude to face routine.
Benefits of Running
- It makes you happy
Release dopamine when you do sports, known as the hormone of happiness, which stimulates you and is capable of producing pleasure.
- It makes you feel good
Because you also release serotonin, one of the sleep regulators, which helps to eliminate anger and emotional ups and downs and gives you tranquility and peace
- It is a liberation
It is a time of disconnection with your daily routines and concerns. You can think of yourself, reflect or just let yourself go. It is a time of your time just for you in which you will feel totally free.
- It makes you healthy
cleanses arteries and lungs, tones muscles, strengthens bones and joints, decreases blood pressure, increases resistance, agility, respiratory capacity and defenses.
- You look better than ever
you will lose weight, you will tone your legs, you will stylize your figure.
