Applicant:  Thank you.

Interviewer: According to your CV, you have experience as Accounting Assistant, right?

Applicant: Yes, I have over 3 years’ work experience.

Interviewer: Tell me about your working skills.

Applicant:  Of course. I’m good at problem solving and I communicate confidently,  organizational skills and guidance on financial issues

Interviewer: Good. Would you mind working under pressure?

Applicant: No, not at all.

Interviewer: Tell me about your qualifications and skills.

Applicant:  I am well-organized, knowledge of accounting laws and practice, know how to negotiate better rates and attracting sellers who offer more adbvantegeous terms and meet the deadlines,

Interviewer: Now, what is your greatest weakness?.  

Applicant:  mmm, I think it would be that I don't know how to use electronic devices very well.

Interviewer: What was your biggest accomplishment as an Accounting Assistant?

Applicant:  Hmm, let me think… Oh, yes! I HAVE DESIGNED STRATEGIES TO IMPROVE THE GLOBAL MARKET

Interviewer: I see. As you know, we are looking for someone to be in charge of the accountant department. Do you have any questions about the position?

Applicant: Yes. What are the responsibilities in this position?

Interviewer: Well, the person that gets hired must achieve the goals of this department. It has to be someone with leadership and good communication skills.

Applicant:  Good. What are the office hours?

Interviewer: Full-time, this means from 8:00 to 5:00, with an hour off for lunch. Please tell me, what are your salary expectations?

Applicant:  Well, I expect to be paid above the going rate for this type of position. Can you tell me about the benefits you offer?

Interviewer: Sure. We provide full medical and dental coverage, as well as a life insurance.

Applicant:  That sounds good!
