Interview 1:
Interviewer: Good afternoon, my name is Mercedes Báez, welcome to Agenciar Salud, What is your name? |
Applicant: Good afternoon. My name is Mónica Moreno. |
I: How old are you, Mónica? |
A: I’m 22 years old. |
I: Where are you from? |
A: I’m from Carcasí, Santander. |
I: Now, please: describe yourself. What are your aptitudes at work? |
A: I think I am a responsible, honest and punctual person. I am also good at team work. |
I: Very good. Let’s continue. What are your goals for the future? |
A: I hope to work like a social agent for a company I believe in will prepare me to hopefully take on expanded responsibilities in the future, as these become available. |
I: That is very good. Another question. Why do you want to work with us, Mónica? |
A: I feel that this company is a good option to improve my profile and my skills. |
