Actividad integradora 6. Opening Ceremony

  1. Write three questions in English to know the specific information of the opening. Example:  Where will the opening take place?

  1.  What will the event be about this afternoon?
  2.  What will be the presentation?
  3. Who will be the hosts?

  1. Write three questions in English to find out what your partner will do before the opening day. Example: What will you wear for that day? Will you rent a tuxedo?

           (Escribe tres preguntas en inglés para enterarte qué planes tiene tu compañero para hacer antes de la inauguración. Por ejemplo: ¿qué te pondrás ese día?, ¿vas a rentar un esmoquin?

English

  1.  Would you wear a cocktail dress or an evening dress?
  2.  Which stylist will fix you up?
  3. Who will you be attending the event with?

  1. Write the answers to the previous questions. Remember to use long answers.

English

  1.  It will be an investor congress for the company to bring a new product for sale.
  2.  They gave us some slides to present and samples of the product for the public.
  3. The whole office will come to support us in the delivery and reception of investors.
  4.  It will be an evening dress. the boss told us to be formal and elegant. We have to give a good impression of the company. He asked me to let him know that everyone should be formal.
  5.  My cousin recommended me a stylist who just arrived from woliwood brings the newest trend.
  6. I will attend with the general director of the corporate it is a very important day if you like my work may give me the opportunity to move up the position.

4. In a paragraph of 5 to 8 lines, write how the English can help you to have a better job.

(En un párrafo de 5 a 8 renglones, escribe cómo el inglés puede ayudarte a obtener un mejor trabajo).

It is a very basic language for an improvement, as in the previous example if I spoke English I could do a job or at best be hired directly by the American company, speaking another language opens the doors to better opportunities that most people do not have access to because they do not know how to speak or communicate, it allows you to have another vision, overcome other cultures, interact in another social circle personally.

I would like to learn to speak it well so that I can visit other countries and communicate myself to learn from them.
