is it correct to use could as past participle?
for example:
-I have could answer each question
-I have could work in that market
-I have could say thank forever
Thank in advance

I can't think of any way to combine "to have" with "could" in the same sentence. However, you can say "I have been able to..."
Could that be what you were thinking of?

None of these sentences would be correct.
"Could" is not a past participle but an auxiliary.
You could say:
I could have answered each question.
I could have worked in that market.
I could have said thanks forever.
"answered", "worked", and "said" are the past participles.
My spanish is far from perfect, but I believe that:
I could have done it yesterday = lo podría haber hecho ayer.
