RESUMEN

El presente trabajo pretende dar respuesta a la problemática de aprovechamiento escolar que enfrenta el Plantel Bacalar del Colegio de Bachilleres del Estado de Quintana Roo en las capacitaciones que imparte a los alumnos de V semestre.  Se aplicaron encuestas a los alumnos para conocer los hábitos de estudio y el ambiente de aprendizaje y así estar al tanto el  impacto que tienen en el aprovechamiento escolar.  Se tomó como muestra para la investigación el grupo V-D  de la capacitación de Higiene y Salud Comunitaria del periodo escolar 2015-B, el objetivo de esta investigación es encontrar los elementos que aporten datos que favorezcan el porcentaje de aprovechamiento escolar.

ABSTRACT

The present work tries to give a response to the problem of school achievement that faces the Campus Bacalar the College of graduates of the State of Quintana Roo in the training they offered to students of V half. Surveys were applied to the students to get to know the habits of study and the learning environment and thus know the impact they have on the school achievement. Was taken as a sample for research group V-D of the training of community health and hygiene of the school period 2015-B, the objective of this research is to find the items that provide data that favor the percentage of utilization and improve the strategies applied in each training.

CAPITULO I: PLANTEAMIENTO DEL PROBLEMA

 1.1 Diagnóstico y evaluación del problema

El Colegio de Bachilleres Plantel Bacalar se encuentra ubicado a un costado de la carretera federal, en la colonia Serapio Flota, en la calle 17 entre 18 y 20,  tiene 30 años de haber sido fundado, fue el tercer plantel del sistema de Colegios de Bachilleres del Estado de Quintana Roo (COBAQROO). El ciclo escolar 2015-B cuenta con una matrícula de 396 alumnos, distribuidos en 12 grupos; se imparten cuatro capacitaciones: turismo, contabilidad, redes e higiene y salud comunitaria. La planta trabajadora está integrada por 36 personas entre personal académico y administrativo.
