- Deal: is an agreement between two or more parties or a premeditated resolution of one or more persons.

- Waive: resign oneself to something voluntarily or depart from a thing that is possessed or can be achieved.
- Prohibitive: especially of a law or rule forbidding or restricting something "Prohibitive legislation".
- Forum: place where the courts hear and determine the causes.
- Incentive: that drives to do or desire a thing, especially to act or do something better or faster.
- Limited: restricted in size, amount, or extent; few, small, or short. Which has limits.
- Erroneous: wrong, incorrect, mistake, in error, inaccurate, untrue, false, fallacious.
- Overturned: abolish, invalidate, or reverse (a previous system, decision, situation, etc.).
