The following battery of tests should be conducted on the suture drying ovens as delineated within the sequences, times and technique specified.

1. Test 1 Vacuum only, Oven 2

1.1. Clean chamber and internal surfaces with a clean lint free cloth saturated with IPA and wipe all surfaces dry.

1.2. Disconnect the compressed air line that is currently connected to Chamber Air Inlet Valve PV-10

1.3. Perform a vacuum only test; where the chamber is evacuated to blank-off low end pressure and maintained at the lowest achievable pressure without any N2 or Compressed air entering chamber for a period of two (2) hours. At the end of 2 hours break vacuum using PV-10 but with machine room air.

1.4. Open doors and inspect chamber visually and wipe all surfaces with a clean absorbent brown paper towel. Inspect towel quickly after wiping surfaces looking for signs of absorbed wetness.

1.5. With no indications, repeat test once more without re-cleaning.

1.6. If indications are present, try to characterize magnitude and record where found.

1.7. Repeat cleaning per step 1 if indications are found and repeat test.

2. Test 2 Vacuum only, Oven 2

2.1. Follow steps 1.3, and 1.4 and with no indications move on to Nitrogen testing.

3. Test 3 Vacuum only, Oven 1

3.1. Clean chamber and internal surfaces with a clean lint free cloth saturated with IPA and wipe all surfaces dry.o

3.2. Disconnect the compressed air line that is currently connected to Chamber Air Inlet Valve PV-10

3.4. Open doors and inspect chamber visually and wipe all surfaces with a clean absorbent brown paper towel. Inspect towel quickly after wiping surfaces looking for signs of absorbed wetness.

3.5. With no indications, repeat test once more without re-cleaning per step 1.

3.6. If indications are present, try to characterize magnitude and record where found.

3.7. Repeat cleaning per step 1 if indications are found and repeat test.

4. Test 4 Vacuum only, Oven 1

4.1. Follow steps 3.3, through 3.4 and with no indications move on to Nitrogen testing.
