Incoterms are practices that through years have become more popular in trade relations and international markets, but why?, It has been done in order to establish a common pattern in these international transactions that seek to universalize commercial customs when establishing agreements and resolve disputes.
Through the years it has been of great concern to a variety of individuals who in some way or another part of the commercial network-wide bargaining that occurs around us, every day of the year.
When viewed from a global aspect, a word that is widely used today, it is that our world as organized, is an intrinsic network of connections that are governed by the will of doing business. It is for the same reason that the state and individuals commercially have evolved their practices and imposed the so-called commercial practices or business customs.
Incoterms are unions or collections of information entities in charge of documenting the most used commercial transactions, so that over time have been grouped and used by traders or commercial subjects, which have led to what we know today as INCOTERMS.
