INTRODUCTION
Physical activity is a staple for weight, both for the initial loss to the maintenance of weight loss achieved. But it must be a complementary to changes in feeding patterns. While physical exercise is very effective without a healthy diet companion that does not produce substantial long-term changes in body weight. To treat and prevent overweight and obesity only with exercise, you would need a very strong and lasting practice it would be very difficult to achieve in most cases.
MAIN BODY
Exercise is important and central to the person to lead a healthy life and prevent various kinds of diseases, from small to serious flu complications such as a heart attack. The exercise involves just set in motion all the cells that make up the body to reduce cholesterol considered bad and raising the good, lowering stress levels and increasing overall energy.
The benefit of exercise is that today there are endless possibilities through which a person can engage in physical activity, whether in individual or group activities, routine or recreational, relaxation or concentration, for different ages and different abilities or needs
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, the exercise involves various physical and emotional benefits is recommended that you take. Anyway, should beware pregnant women and people with certain diseases. They should be cautious and consult your doctor before starting exercise.
