Garner achieved his goal because he gave some examples in which he mentioned and recognized that has been necessary to be passed many years to become consolidated in one or another skill. It is not causality it is with discipline. When he was a young child he loved putting words on paper, and he have continued to do so throughout his life in a one way or another when he was a student; He drew on this increasingly well honed skill of synthesizing then he began to write articles and books, the initial ones chiefly works of synthesis; textbooks. As a result he has honed skill of planning, executing and teaching writing. Howard Garner gave a second meaning of the word discipline, TRAINING TO PERFECT A SKILL. The discipline and creating mind can draw on any and all intelligences, depending of the area of work
He suggest that the workers must be creative “An individual work or product is creative if and only if it changes the ways in which others in the relevant field think and act”
Finally he suggest, as workers and citizens, we need to be able to act ethically
