The movie takes place during WW2 . When the nazis take the jews to the extermination camps (Holocaust) . The movie is about a 8 year old German boy Bruno . He is the son of the commandant who has to move away because of his work . In the new house Bruno went to explore his new house and during his exploration he meet Smuel a jewish boy that was in a extermination camp . They beacame very good friends but they didnt know what was waiting for them . This movie is a drama because of the scenes and the plot the movie have . This is a great movie and it is a very strong movie .

During the movie there a lot of scenes where we can see how the Nazis treated the jews . For example in Brunos house they were all Nazis and there were scenes where Kurt (Chofer of the family) give a Jew (Pavel) violent punches only because he spilled the wine thats why he was punished . There is another scene where they give orders to the jews like pavel for example Kurt told to Pavel to make a swinf ro Bruno and he have to do it . The last scene a Jew boy Smuel , eats food of the house that bruno gave it to him and Kurt saw that and Smuel said that bruno gave it to him and he asked Bruno that why he gave it to Smuel and he denied it .So Smuel was punished .

I really recomend this movie so everyone can see how the jews were treated and how Nazis act during that time .This movie make you reflect about this topic
