McDonalds have tried to exceed customer expectations by reinventing the menu.

The price of McDonalds business is maintained by the strength of their branding and also other well-known brands like Coca-Cola; which supports their concept of consistency of quality and price.
In many other organizations customers may expect the price to reflect the quality level of the product. But in this case, McDonalds has good reputation from the last 7 years, they used a good strategy based on the image without changing prizes.
Promotion
The company has been identified to use ‘above the line’ marketing by advertising, in TV,radio, cinema, online and in press.
They also use offers like 2x1 or temporals campaigns. This may be due to the good relationships with prestigious brands like Coca-Cola, Smarties, Oreo…

The shops are always in places with a lot of mass movement. Also they use to choose popular and luxury places (this is part of the makeover about quality)
McDonald’s outlets are very evenly spread throughout the cities making them very accessible. Drive in and drive through options make McDonald’s products further convenient to the consumers.

The employees in McDonalds have a standard uniform and McDonalds specially focuses on friendly and fast service to its customers from their employees.

The food manufacturing process at McDonalds is completely transparent (for example, the whole process is visible to the customers). In fact, the fast food joint allows its customers to view and judge the hygienic standards at McDonalds by allowing them to enter the area where the process takes place.
