INTRODUCTION
A flowchart, also called a flowchart, is a visual sample of a line of action steps that involve a certain process. That is, the flowchart consists of graphically representing situations, events, movements and relationships of all kinds from symbols
Typically, the flowchart is used to: understand a process and identify opportunities to improve the current situation; design a new process in which those improvements are incorporated; facilitate communication between the people involved; and to clearly and concretely disseminate information on the processes
This tool is excellent for understanding a process and identifying opportunities for improvement that exist in it; at the same time that it allows designing a new process based on the identified improvements.
Another benefit obtained by using flow charts is that it facilitates socialization among the people involved in the processes; there you can clearly identify the responsibilities of the participants in a process and the interaction of the different areas involved in it.

Flowcharts which are also called flowcharts and very rarely flowcharts are charts that indicate the movement, displacement or course of something, which may well be an activity, a form, a report, materials, people or resources.
Flowcharts are of great importance for the entire company and person, since they provide suitable elements of judgment for the representation of procedures and processes, as well as guidelines for their management in their different versions.
