RESUMEN

El desarrollo de esta investigación “El Ambiente Organizacional y el aprendizaje del estudiante  de Administración y Sistemas en la UPLA durante el año 2015” sera de tipo básico no experimental – transversal – descriptivo, está desarrollado en materia para visualizar el comportamiento de la influencia de la variable independiente “Ambiente Organizacional” en la variable dependiente “aprendizaje”.

Esta investigación tienes estudios anteriores de los cuales nos apoyaremos para dar las primeras hipótesis y guiarnos al momento de realizar la investigación, además que con lo revisado hasta el momento no hay mucha información de una influencia concreta sobre el ambiente organizacional y el aprendizaje de los estudiantes universitarios, por lo que nuestro proyecto de investigación va ser muy útil para mejorar la calidad de aprendizaje de los universitarios.

Recalcamos que nuestra investigación tiene como diseño el estudio no estadístico  de tipo corte transversal descriptivo, el cual nos centramos en una población de 45 alumnos y con una muestra que tomaremos el 40% de estos de forma sistemática.

También esperamos encontrar más variables de importancia, en el caso que el clima institucional no influya en el aprendizaje de los universitarios del 10mo ciclo de administración.

Adelantándonos a la conclusión de esta investigación se puede ir ya deduciendo que las acciones tomadas en la Universidad Peruana Los Andes referente al clima institucional que afecta significativamente a los docentes, ahora dependiendo del desempeño de estos, su actitud repercute en los alumnos del 10mo ciclo de Administración y Sistemas.

ABSTRACT

The development of this research, "Organizational learning environment and student Management and Systems at the UPLA during 2015" was not experimental basic type - cross - descriptive, is developed with regard to visualize the behavior the influence of the independent variable "organizational climate" in the dependent variable "learning".

This research have previous studies which we rely to provide the first hypotheses and guide us at the time of research, in addition to revised so far there is little information of a particular influence on the organizational climate and student learning university, so our research project will be very useful to improve the quality of university learning.

We emphasize that our research is to design non-statistical cross-sectional descriptive study type, which we focused on a population of 45 students and a sample we will take 40% of these systematically.

We also expect to find more important variables, if the institutional environment does not influence learning 9th university administration cycle.

Fast forward to the conclusion of this investigation can go and deducing that the actions taken at the Universidad Peruana Los Andes regarding the institutional environment affects primarily teachers, now depending on the performance of these, your attitude affects students and especially who is it for this research to students of the 9th Cycle Management and Systems, bringing a significant influence on its assimilation of the lessons.
