The generator electric it has a failure. I think that lubricated pump is failing and it is damaged something elements of the machine by lack of lubrication.

There is a problem in the lubricated pump of the generator.

O.k. the first that we must is deenergize the panel, after that we need check that there isn’t current. After wards we should disconnect the generator electrical and we need verify lubricated pump and change the lubricate and elements damaged and we have checked andwe make analisys if the lubricate is indicated to that the pump working, after we have reconnected the all system and determinate if the equipment is workings adequately.

What is your opinion to improve this problem?

Yes sure, I have a new alternative would be the change the kind of lubricant or change of lubricated pump and this reducing the Maintenance costs, and we make that the machine work properly.

We should make an analysis of the lubricants and we have determinate which is the adequate.
