IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING

Many years ago, I noticed that. I can practice any sports, because I have the skills to. People said, “You should practice basketball, volleyball or softball”, they thought I was good at sports. Shall I am?

So, one day I decided to study something related with sports, health, and how to help people and children do something exciting and motivating to improve their health and keep fitness.

First at all, I will like to talk about things we should do to keep our body healthy.

You must exercise your body everyday for 20 minutes. You most sleep at least 8 hours.

You most eating junk food and desserts, this is hard, but not impossible, if we want, we can do it!

You have to look for meals that give you energy, but they also give you nutrients, in this way, your body couldn´t have bad reactions. You should start eating healthy.

You should drink between 2 o 3 liters of water. You shouldn´t drink less.

And you might have positive attitude, to everything you do.

These could be some recommendations to improve your health and keep you fitness and strong.

By the other hand, some people may practice sport, because they always want to win, so they are competitive. If you want to be a successful sport woman or man you have to practice everyday for hours, because you need to feel the passion for the sport you are doing.

Winners can think clearly on their objectives and they do all to reach their goals.

There are so many sports that interest people from all walk of life, some may be popular sports, others may be ancient or new sports, but it doesn´t matter if you could think on practice one of them.

If you are interested in a sport, you will be able to read, look for articles, you may research about the rules, the equipment, and how is it played. I think you should try.

When you have decided which sport you will practice, try to think positive and never give up. You ought to start right now!

Would you like to be healthy and happy?

You should do exercise. Remember, if you want, you can be an important model for others that haven´t taken the risk yet.

NADA ES IMPOSIBLE

Hace muchos años, me di cuenta de eso. Puedo practicar cualquier deporte, ya que tengo las habilidades para hacerlo. La gente dijo: " tu debes practicar el baloncesto, el voleibol o el softbol " , pensaban que yo era buena en los deportes. ¿Lo seré?

Así que un día me decidí a estudiar algo relacionado con el deporte, la salud, y cómo ayudar a la gente y los niños hacen algo emocionante y motivador para mejorar tu salud y mantener la aptitud.

Primero que todo, me gustaría hablar de las cosas que debemos hacer para mantener nuestro cuerpo sano.

Debes ejercitar tu cuerpo todos los días durante 20 minutos. Debes dormir al menos 8 horas.
