ABSTRACT

The main objective of this research is to optimize distributes routes of Coca-Cola to various Tambo+ stores. To define the situation better, the distribution routes of 20 stores in Lima will be analyzed applying Floyd algorithm with the aim of minimizing the distance and passing by another stores at the same time if possible. This will reduce the cost of use of fuel, vehicle maintenance and total time of distribution making a benefit for the company and improve customer-supplier relationship. To achieve the goal, a study of distribution routes of products was made, obtaining the travel distance on each of them and time require, which will be analyzed to establish the best pickup routes.

RESUMEN

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo principal optimizar las rutas de  distribución de gaseosas Coca-Cola en las diversas tiendas de Tambo+. Para definir mejor la situación analizaremos las rutas de distribución de 20 tiendas en Lima aplicando el algoritmo de Floyd con el objetivo de encontrar el recorrido menor abarcando a su vez otras tiendas si es posible. Esto logrará que se minimice costos por uso de combustible,  mantenimiento de vehículos y tiempo total de distribución que implican un beneficio para la empresa y mejoran la relación de cliente-proveedor. Para lograr el objetivo, se realizó un estudio de las rutas establecidas en que son distribuidos los productos obteniendo las distancias que se recorre en cada una de ellas y los tiempos que requieren, las cuales serán analizadas para establecer las mejores rutas de recojo.
