Transition of the reaming accounts to CMS

Follow up on the adoption of CMS for all the accounts (LAD)

(ME) Training on SAP BI for reporting purposes

Continuous support on the CMS processes and procedures

Working on the reports that will be delivered to the management team (LAD)

Attending the scheduled meetings from WW and follow up the new processes with the LAD users

Gathering all the new requirements from users and providing them to the affected World Wide groups (WW). Follow them up until resolution.

Monitoring issues regarding the set up for the accounts

**I am being the back up as CMS local Key user for MC+MX until the new organization structure takes place

Asset Management

Continuous support on the Asset Management processes and procedures

Attending the scheduled meetings from WW and follow up the new processes

Gathering all the Geo requirements for the operations from users and providing them to the affected groups (WW). Follow them up until resolution.

UAT testing, when necessary

Customer Portal

Transition of the accounts LAD

Training all the needed users

Follow up on the accounts being delivered

Translation of portal documents

UAT testing, when necessary

MPS Solutions

Attending the Deep Dives meetings

Cycle testing 1 (2 and 3, if necessary)

Once MPS solution is completed, support required

Order Management

Monitoring and following up issues with CMS orders until they are resolved according to the process

Collecting the user requirements for requesting changes into the web methods logic for the report ZTR_ODEL_REPORT.

There are some mapping changes that need to be requested on behalf the logistics and Break&Fix teams.
