Quantum Physics

With Quantum Physics it is believed that teleporting can become a reality for people to travel from here to there just as in Quantum Leap of an atom. Somehow by theory our body would break down to a collection of atoms that compiles to matter that we consist of and somehow travel to the destination one has chosen to go. We would have to transform from an analog form of being to a form that can be described as a digital form of being. String theory says we may be living in a universe where reality meets science fiction—a universe of eleven dimensions with parallel universes. (GREENE)

In example of were reality meets science fiction is in the movie Transcendence which is a film starring Johnny Depp and Director: Wally Pfister. The movie is set to release on the 18 of April this year. “Transcendence, a 2014 movie produced by Christopher Nolan, features events which are predicted by many scientists and futurists, and as likely to occur in reality within the first half of this century. The predictions featured include those subscribed to by Ray Kurzweil, Hugo de Garis, and Jason Silva” (thatsreallypossible.com). The movie has some relevance to what we are reading and learning about except there’s the Hollywood twist of course. But any way I have these links that I thought would be of interest.
