Evidencias 10: Sentences Marketing plan

  1. The market is, perhaps, the most important factor for success if a company is planing to export its products or services.
  2. Marketing is often sub-estimated by the small companies, because is common to think, than the only important thing is to have good quality, but a lot of good quality were forgotten and lost for the markets, just because their creators did not take into account the marketing.
  3. Direct investment is the goal of the business conferences, specially in developing countries, where the governments of these countries help to attrackt foreing investment for the local companies.
  4. The consumer is the principal actor in the market game. The interest of any company is to have as many and as loyal consumers as possible. To obtain a new customers is a difficult affair, and for that reason is so important to do the best to the actual clients.
  5. To define our target is of crucial importance, in the local and in the foreign markets. If a company fails when plaining the target, it´s very possible than the products and/or services will be very expensive or very cheap for the customers of the target market.
  6. Consortium is a very usefully form to obtain the sufficient founds, equipment and human resources for major public works .
  7. The importance of a good slogan, is that it will do a lot of marketing for your company.
  8. Frequently is better to find a niche market and satisfy a specific necesity for this market with a considerable profit, being the only one provider of the service or product to this small segment.

  10.  A correct market segmentation allow a company to have different products of different qualities (and consecuently different prices) for several groups. Some times the customers can not know, that the same company is the manufacturer of products he or she assumes as competitors.
  11.  The most famous brands in the world are Google, Apple, Coca-Cola, Microsoft and some others. These names are known for almost every person in the Earth.
  1.  A joint venture is a good alternative for small new companies, with revolutionary products, when they need investments to be able to materialize their projects.
  2.  Price policy is a tricky part of the general policy of a company. Some times the policies are so difficult to understand, that the consumer can assume than the price is higher, than it is in reallity.
  3.  The pareto principle is really magic: it can be deduced mathematically, but it works in the most important spheres of the human live.
  4.  Some, but very few, companies are able to have products in the maturity stage of the product life cycle for decades, the best example – Coca-Cola.
  5.  There is a big number of licenses for diferent tipe of products, intellectual productions and services. The licenses are commonly in relation with patents and property rights.
  6.  Franchises are very popular, not only in the fast food: McDonald´s, Subway, but in for services too, v.g. Servientrega.
  7.  Competition and competitors are the big problem for small companies, when they are so weak to compite with the old and solid gamers of the market. A blue ocean strategy can help to avoid this problem, at leas for some time.
  8.  Being an art, indicates than direct a company is a job for artists?
  9.  It´s interesting to read about the story of the creation of some of the most recognizable logos, for example the Apple´s logo and Alan Turing condition.
  10.  Direct marketing is a good way to communicate news to the customers, but the use of this instruments must be accurately, otherwise it could become close to spam.
  11.  The SWOT matrix is a very useful instrument, not only for companies, but even for persons. Making a SWOT matrix for our lives can be very illuminating for us.
  12.  Every decition in a company implicates a trade off between a lot of factors inside and outside the company. To give good salaries to our workers is a trade off between good working enviroment and additional costs of production.
