Five Strategies for improvement
1. Improve the customer service.
I recommend that the Flow Leader creates an e –ticket for the customer service in order to agilities the process. I also recommend that the Flow Leader explain or discuss with the customer about the variety of service we offer. This will help the selling process.
2. Improve the employee knowledge about the use of the RMS system.
Creating five (5) minutes section for employee orientation to discuss and explain how to solve certain situations in the RMS system. Like for example; change in address, bye back and checking credit. We can also evaluate or discuss the most recent situation during the week and how it was resolve.
3. Employee motivation
By creating section of employee motivation before the store is open. This will help the personnel concentrates in their responsibilities in the store and archive goals.
4. Evaluate the Selling Process Flow
By creating an internal evaluation paper in which the customer will answer from three to five short questions about the experience and service provided by the employee. This will help our Leader evaluate our areas of improvement.
5. Improve the areas of illustration and the accessories layout.
By organizing the areas according to the hand set mode and their accessories.
Leadership development
Orientation, evaluation and promotion.
Creates e-learning site in the Selling Store page or outside training with information about the types of Leaders and their characteristics. This information will help the personnel identify what type of leader there are and how they are identified within the Company.
Add in the quarterly evaluation form a section created to evaluate which characteristics related to Leader as a person we have and recommendations for development.
