Slide transitions: used to inform the audience that your presentation has progressed from one slide to another and from one topic to the next
Animations: allow you to control how the content is displayed to the audience

Exit effects: use them when you want to make an object disappear from the slide
Emphasis effects: use them when you wish to emphasize headings or an object
Text animation: to make changes to the effects applied to text

IT: provides computer equipment, software and technical support so that the employees can do their jobs effectively and productively
Development: systems that support the business need to be modified or developed
Administration: ensure the systems run smoothly and includes the purchasing up equipment, documentation of all systems, asset management, etc.
Support: involves procedures for logging support calls
Policies: explain how the rule is enforced and describe the consequences of failing to comply
Procedures: are more detailed and will explain specific actions, when to take the action, and any alternative actions
Vendor: company or person that makes or sells goods or provides services
IT consultancy organizations: employ permanent or contract staff which they send out to other organizations on a temporary basis
Government departments: they determine IT policy and are involved in industry promotion
Professional bodies: bring together people who work in a particular industry to exchange ideas and promote their industry
Communication: exchange of information between two or more people
Sender: they select the most appropriate form of communication
Receiver: they interpret the information
Follow-up and timely feedback: extremely important in the communication process
