I. Introduction

   A. Opening statement: “If your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more and become more, you are a leader.” John Quincy Adams

   B. Thesis statement: Try to be someone who wants to be followed. Persuade your dreams and others dreams

   C. Preview Statement: A good leader helps, look for whoever needs you not wants you. Is hero the same as a leader? they share a lot of qualities. Don’t be what people want you to be, be what you want to be.

II. Body        

    A. Reason 1: A good leader helps.

        1. Supporting detail: Help people from zero to a million, help people to achieve their dreams, help people who will need you and help people who will show you more than what you know.

    B. Reason 2: Is hero the same as a leader?

        1. Supporting detail: People who think you are a leader; they think you are their hero because you motivate them to do more.

    C. Reason 3: Don’t be what people want you to be.

        1. Supporting detail: Be who you think you can be, show everyone that you are a true leader and a true hero.

III.  Conclusion

      A. Summary statement: A hero is a leader because he or she use help and gives help.

      B. Closing statement: “No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself or get all the credit for doing it.”- Andrew Carnegie
