COMPONENTS
CUSTOMERS: | The real customers of our institution are students and parents who have made possible the growth of this education organization since it was created in 1960. |
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES | An organization is more than the sum of its physical assets, the main product this Institution brings is a quality education and the appropriate climate to make students feel the difference with others establishments.

LOCATION: | In a highly competitive world, even in the Education field, it is necessary to do the best in order to sustain a formidable source of competitive advantage and also to catch the attraction of the customers; who have varied options when they choose any Institution (there are approximately 10 more schools near of the area in where we are located). |
TECHNOLOGY: | The institution try to facilitate learning and improving performance by using, and managing appropriate technological processes and resources such as student research (through the Internet), improving teacher’s instruction”, etc. |
CONCERN FOR SURVIVAL: | - Establish a balance of payments equilibrium which implies profits for the institution but also for the customers. - Offer customers lower tuitions, according to the economic context – Be aware customers rights and responsibilities |
PHILOSOPHY: | Gloria Gorelik believes in a set of principles and moral values which contribute to form professionals with capacity to assume their duties with -Responsibility– Ethics – Integrity – Student Service – Quality teaching. |
SELF-CONCEPT: | This educational organization has been recognized for the community, especially those who are its customers, as a qualified institution with 56 years of experience; that has allowed to the company achieve several academic success.

CONCERN FOR PUBLIC IMAGE: | The company works as a team to make the difference. It counts with a set of internal characteristics that contribute to the environment of the institution, which makes itself distinguishable for the society. |
CONCERN FOR EMPLOYEES: | Authorities of the institution treat employees with respect and consideration. Everyone is important to the company. It creates a healthy climate in where employees feel a compromise with the company and they are motivated to work with enthusiasm. |

1 | WHAT BUSINESS ARE WE? Educational business, which brings quality education in order to help the formation of proactive and successful professionals to the future. |
2 | WHAT BUSINESS SHOULD WE BE? An institution that continues growing up in order to guarantee students success in Higher Education and workplace. Working to engage parents and others outside the immediate school community. |
3 | WHAT BUSINESS SHOULD WE NOT BE? The type of institution that only thinks of its own benefits regardless of any other factor such as the staff, students, parents, or even how meaningful its teachings are. |
4 | WHY DO WE EXIST (WHICH IS OUR BASIC PURPOSE)? To consolidate the institution as one of the best in training students with academic excellence, solid human principles and moral values. |
5 | WHAT IS DISTINCTIVE OR ORIGINAL IN OUR ORGANIZATION? Our education organization provide students with communication tools that will enable them to access universal culture; it also works to form proactive and successful citizens in personal, professional and social level, with capacity to assume their duties with responsibility, ethics, academic leadership and multicultural tolerance in a highly competitive world. |
6 | WHO ARE OUR CUSTOMERS OR SHOULD BE? The customers of our organization are students and parents who make possible it maintains as one of the best institutions in the area where it is located. Because of this, we have to look them more than as our customers as members of our team work. |
7 | WHAT SHOULD BE OUR MARKET? The community members in where we are located are our nearer market because of the advantages they can get by living near the institution. But also people, in general, is invited to be part of our organization. |
8 | WHAT ARE OR SHOULD BE OUR PRODUCTS / SERVICES MAJOR, NOW AND FUTURE? Strong education brought by qualified teachers, responsible and efficient staff, and technological tools necessary to make an effective teaching has been the major services we offer and the aim is to continue improving it. |
9 | HOW OUR ORGANIZATION HAS CHANGED FROM THREE TO FIVE YEARS AGO? Gloria Gorelik has had many changes over time. We started as a high school for girls only and now we have a section for basic education; which is mixed (boys and girls) morning and afternoon, so our entire educational community has access to a quality education. |
10 | WHAT IS LIKELY TO CHANGE IN OUR BUSINESS WITHIN THREE TO FIVE YEARS? The main objective is to continue improving and growing up, so first of all, we work to maintain the number of students we already have, which is considerable big. We have thought of implementing two more baccalaureates for the high school, because we have already four, but it is a project that we have to analyze and discuss before doing it. |
11 | WHAT IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS HAVE FOR OUR EMPLOYEES? We try to work as a team so, we are supportive each other. We recognize the experience and the abilities of the people that we work with and cultivate it for the students´ benefit. We encourage continual professional learning. We recognize and support their efforts in any way we can. Recognizing those efforts in public ways can help other staff members highlight their own qualities most valued. Rewarding them can help other raise the standard of staff performance. |
12 | WHAT ISSUES, VALUES, AND PHILOSOPHICAL PRIORITIES ARE OR SHOULD BE IMPORTANT IN THE FUTURE OF OUR COMPANY? Transparence and quality are the main issues we try to keep in mind; such transparency may foster greater help to the communities we serve, and even to ourselves. This transparency could increase the effectiveness the communication of the institutions' members. |
