Evidence: Poster de predictions
Objective: This activity will provide the evidence for the fourth phase of your final project “An amazing person”. In this activity you will create a poster in which you describe the future life of the person that you admire the most. You have to make some predictions based on the things you know about the person and on your own imagination. Also your team will present the final project.
1. Read your previous three integrative activities about the person that you admire.
2. Do a list of all the things that you think the person that you admire will reach in the future in his/her personal life and his/her professional career. Write your predictions using the future tense with “will” and “going to”.
What about Tom Hiddleston’s future?
We think he’s going to film other movies.
He is going to have more fans.
He is going to meet more people.
He is going to make donations for those in need.
He is going to learn more languages.
He is not going to become a bird.
He is not going to win the lottery.
He is not going to graduate from high school.
He is not going to fly by kite the entire world.
He is not going to build a house all by himself.
He will die, sadly.
He will get married.
He will travel around the world.
He will provide his family with food and love.
He will have fun with his nearest friends.
He won’t have an accident.
He won’t live in Mars.
He won’t win a Guinness nomination.
He won’t have another sibling.
He won´t plant a tree.
3. Ask your teacher to check your sentences and make any necessary correction.
4. Look for images that represent the predictions you made in instruction 2.
