Introduction
Within this essay to be realized is expect to introduce the readers through precise knowledge about what are the conceptualizations of topics as important as the subject of gastronomy, food and culinary art. This topics are directly related each other. For example gastronomy is the set of knowledge and activities which are related With the ingredients, the recipes and the culinary techniques of preparation of the meals or the foods. On the other hand will be presented relavante information to the food presenting a detailed definition of this concept in a general and specific way. In addiction to these will also be presented pertinent and finished information on the culinary art which has to see with the preparation and presentation methods of the food.
Concept of gastronomy
According to some definitions found in the web page, nowaday the gastronomy it’s seen like the set of knowledge and activities wich are related with the ingredients, recipes and culinarys techniques, as well as its historical evolution. Althougt the gastronomy is vinculated almost in inclusive way with the food, it’s can be seen like the conjuction of culinarys aspects and cultural aspects too. In addition to this it can be point out that gastronomy it’s not simply a set of techniques or methods of cooking, it’s also the relations that peoples stablish with de environment that sourrounds them, of wich they obtain theirs foods resources, the way in what they use all these social or cultural phenomenas wich has to see with the consumition ot the culinarys preparation
Food
Food are substances, which are plausible to be ingested by humans, generally, at different times of the day, it has the mission of quenching our hunger and contributing to our nutrition in order to survive. Food is ingested several times during the day. In this order we see too, that people make several meals a day. Its content and number will vary according to a number of social, cultural, seasonal and geographical factors. The most common meals are breakfast, this is done after a night's sleep, lunch at noon, snack in the middle of the afternoon and dinner at dusk, which is usually the last meal of the day.
