Human resources responsible, responsible of departments and area managers ,are increasingly aware of the consequences for companies to have staff not motivated , so they have taken stronger implementing coaching techniques in their teams work, not only as an engine of motivation, but as a way to exploit the capabilities of its employees.
Actually the versatility of markets, emerging economies, the pressure to reduce costs and show results, among other factors, make it increasingly difficult for large business machinery stopping at some aspects such as human capital, that seen from afar seems to become irrelevant, however, large corporations have turned their eyes to this aspect, since it is where is the know how and where you can capitalize million dollar ideas.
Human capital is one of the most important assets of some organizations that the value that people bring to the company are taken very seriously and therefore, like any good investment that must be protected, he devotes time and attention .
Times have changed and with it, the mentality of companies and their employees, employees or collaborators no longer only those who every day, 365 days a year, devoted a percentage of their knowledge and their the company time and therefore companies reciprocated them a monetary figure, meanwhile, companies are no longer entities that require their employees to comply with specific working hours with goals that were sometimes not attainable.
