ADILSON CUENCA:        Well Guys, my name is Adilson, my ideal job is to be a doctor. Since the childhood I was interested in biology. I liked to play with the articles the family’s doctor. I think that to be a doctor is a very important work, but at the same time it is always demanding. Everyone respects doctors.

SAUL PAUCAR:        Hi Adilson! My name is Saúl, my ideal job is to be a business lawyer and i would like to work in the UK. There are Good professionals. Why do you think to be a doctor is a complicated job?

ADILSON CUENCA:        Because the doctor has to treat people. He can't be mistaken. People can die because of this small mistake,. Also the doctor needs to learn a lot of things: names of medicines, anatomy and many other things.

SAÚL PAUCAR:        Interesting Adilson. I have a cousin who is a doctor. To become a doctor, is it necessary to have a strong character?

ADILSON CUENCA:   You’re right. Doctors always have to be quiet and balanced. For example, the surgeon has to be able to react quickly in emergency situations and to cope with a stress. Also the doctor surely has to be honest. He shouldn't take bribes or tell the truth. Doctor is a noble profession. He gives to the person hope for recovery.

Ernesto Ruiz:         Hi Adilson and Saul, how are you? My name is Ernesto, my ideal job would be to have my own business, my own company.

ADILSON CUENCA:        Well, to what area would you dedicate yourself?

Ernesto Ruiz:        Since my adolescence I leaned towards the industry, automation, general services, electrical, mechanical and electronic.

SAUL PAUCAR:         It is very interesting since you have to train a lot and work with competitive staff.

Ernesto Ruiz:         That's right, I like it because it is oriented to teamwork, and that allows workers to develop their talent and creativity. I believe that a positive and stimulating work environment helps me to get the best out of myself, optimizing the quality of my work.
