My Ideal House

When I see my future home in my mind, the picture is quite clear of what I want it to look like, and what I want it to feel like.

I see a two floor house with a basement. Not to big, maybe 3 bedrooms or so. It should be rustic, in wood or a nice colored plaster, with big windows where I can sit on the windowsill and look out.

The kitchen is a very important room for me.I love cooking! I want a rustic ant countryside style with an kitchen island in the middle where the stove will be and also it will be a place for the family to sit and chat while the food is cooked. The kitchen will be colored in tones of white mostly, and it has that coziness because I like to have stuff on the bench. Pasta, coffee or tea in tins of glass and the kitchen tools in pots next to the stove. A door out to the green garden and my garden where I grow herbs and vegetables is the top of it. Also it is great for my kids. They could take care of their vegetables!

The master bedroom is the most important room, I care a lot about how things are where I sleep a large bed is a must. Soft and fluffy pillows, blankets and bedsheets are important. Walls can have color combined with a basic one, like cream. I also want my bedroom to get sun through the window in the morning so I can wake up more naturally. soft fabrics, curtains, pillows, blankets and some nice flowers will do the rest. A large closet is probably in every woman's dream house. The living room will be an area of big cosy sofas, a fireplace lots of space for dinners and socializing. I think in my children's future saturday nights with friend. I also want a section built as a library with a comfortable armchair where I can wrap a blanket around me, grab a good book and just chill out. The colors will probably be white and green. Large windows will give the room a nice lightning in the day and when the evening comes there will be plenty of candles to lit. I can imaginen too many chrismast enjoying that places.

There should also be a basement with laundry, guestroom, entertainment room, a place to meditate and I would love to have my own gym. I dont have to many time to go out. A nice garden and a patio to hang out on is a must!
