1. INTRODUCCIÓN
This report was request by Mr. K.K. Chan, Chairperson of the Health and Safety Committee. It was requested on December of 2012. The report concerns about the course, detailing, the background, problems, staff and the different suggestions for the improvement of the course
The aim of the report is to suggesting affordable improvements in these regulations that would satisfy both staff and management.
The report contains the method and finding of a questionnaire survey of staff and results of discussions with management. Then various options are presented and discussed. After that a conclusion is drawn and recommendations are made.
2. FINDINGS
When the course have finished, we made a short questionnaire to the students to know the opinion that they have referring to the course. We have analyzed de answers and we made the table that we have below:

Like we can see in this table, in general, the people is agree or happy with this course. Also, they would recommend the course to other colleagues and that is a good sign. In the other side, there are also problems, there are many students that think that the Course objectives weren´t achieved.
A god percentage of the interviewed think that their working performance has improved due to this course. This is an unexpected consequence of the good qualification of this course.
3. DISCUSSION
There are some problems with this course. One of the problems is that the course is held on Saturday afternoon. The students have just finished about four hours at work, and there are tired. They need a break before start the classes. And the last think they want to do, is to go and sit in a training course with is also tiring and a bit stressful.
Another problem is that the training company is too far away. It takes about 45 minutes to get there and is not cheap. And of course, the company doesn’t
