Rutina

uan Carlos is a teacher of the university of the San Buenaventura Cali, he works of Monday to Friday.

He often wake up at 6 am o'clock, later takes a shower, he dresses and brushes his teeth, before to go out he eats breakfast.

Juan Carlos goes to work at 8 o'clock because his class begin at 9 o'clock and finishes at 12 o'clock, later he has a lunch in the university or sometimes goes to his home for lunch, in the afternoon he stays in his office for make activities how check exams , prepared his classes and help your students.

He finishes his work at 9 pm o'clock and goes to his home for dinner, always in the nights plays with his child before to go to sleep.

In his free time Juan Carlos rides bicycle, reads books, listens to music, plays soccer and relaxes, he loves also stay with his family, see movies together and have a funny time with his son and his wife, sometimes they like to goes to the church.

About the routine daily of Juan Carlos I love that he is a person too organized, I likes also that he passes time with his family and not all in his life is work, i think is very good he does different activities this is important because this is a form for be more healthy and happy, I think too that the life of Juan Carlos is a life completed because is an person that loves his job, loves his family and loves god.
