“You can be the best, even if you fail”

Hello, good morning, teacher, classmates, my name is Hector Emilio Aguayo Lopez, and today I am going to explain this image and its caption.

First, in the image, this man is called Ricardo “Tuca” Ferreti, he is the coach of the team Tigres, he is a person who has been criticized by the way he is, because he is not polite and he had made many mistakes that affected the team, that is why some people criticize him.

I know he made many mistakes but if you are in favor of this team, you should be grateful with this man, thanks to him the team won the championship 2 years ago, and saved the team to fall into a worst league in Mexico.

In the image as you can see the coach is sad, maybe because he lost a game so when this happens people just want to make you see all mistakes you did, but no one tells you: ¡Oh you tried it, next time you will win!”

Instead making constructive criticism, people want to destroy your career, to forget all those good things you did in the past, just to remember to everybody that the important things are the mistakes.

The caption I think belongs to the image perfectly, because instead all wrong decisions a person does or if someone fails trying to reach his or her dreams, I am sure that guy or that girl will learn about what he or she did, and will be difficult to make the same mistake twice.

Most of times people have an expectation of you, they want you to be a role model. In some cases it cannot be accomplished, maybe because you are not good at school or you break the rules, I do not know, you make something people are not waiting for. If you think you are in a similar situation to this description, you are taking your own risks but if you are the best in what you do no matter how or what, in prison, in Harvard or in a soccer field, I am sure you will be known.

I hope you enjoy this speech… thank you very much!
