Cybermedia.

"Cyberspace Involves a reversal of the current model of interaction With computerized information"

To give a basic definition we can say that the online medium is the channel or electronic means by which information is transmitted (a podcast, email, radio and Internet TV, etc.).

This new way of giving information involves many characteristic like hypermediacy, an example of this are the electronic documents and links that take the user to get more information relating to the subject in a digital newspaper, they are highlighted notes regarding which it is reading.

Similarly animated graphics, videos, photographs, forums or other means serving for the reader to understand better the news link

Another characteristic of the CyberMedia is the time and space, we can share information through a mail anywhere through our cell phones and as we said in class we can communicate with our best friend or family via face time, no matter if they are in China or  Spain, they are on another continent but they are with us in our cell phones.

These effects of hypermediacy makes us live in a different way such as Disneyland, we know it's not real, but the sounds, lights and characters make us feel like we were living in the fantasy world, or for example the world of social networks, we have a real life, but sometimes it happens that we know a different person that we saw on Facebook as reading says: "the design of cyberspace is after all the design of another life-world, a parallel universe (... ) "

It is true that these new technologies have helped a lot, but despite that new media such as digital newspaper, digital books and social networks have changed the way we interact, will never disappear the old ways of communicating. "Virtual reality or cyberspace will never replace" real reality "
