Types of Generation
The classification of generations is very interesting, can be traced to ancient periods and very specific time, the determined time, historical facts, geographical location where they are, fashions, technology, science, participation have at the time, the contributions they make, the music is to your liking, social movements and forms of expression, communication. What is important to note is that human beings are essentially the same, regardless of the cataloged items. All generations have had different elements that are outstanding and set the gaps or differences between each other. The different generation that exist are Baby Boomers, X, Y and Z.
Baby Boomers, this generation born in the years 1945 to 1964, following the Second World War and are named for the unusual spike in birth rates. Work for this generation is the most important values productivity and does not tolerate leisure. Are members of large families and tend to hoard almost anything and disposable concept is difficult to incorporate into your daily life.
Generation X, belong people born in the years that ran from 1970 to about 1981. They are known as generation of apathy or lost by the rejection of established patterns expressed as social or religious. Struggled to premarital sex, to doubt the existence of God, disrespect to the family and consequently fees to parents, where friendly relations were more important. It is a generation with no expectations in life, and if operated automatically came to university classrooms, the result was mediocre and the heap. His job performance was in the same direction, unprofessional future, and probably underemployed unemployed.
People who make up generation Y, born between 1982 and 1992. During that decade, technological and scientific advances took place in a dizzying, economic growth also occurred in most of the globe. A boom in business was submitted, so this generation came at a very appropriate time financially. The families had cable television, answering machines, models of cars and very affordable private schools proliferated, among other benefits. This generation touched to see that their parents worked hard, allowing them to evaluate the effort of hard work.
In the Z generation , belong people born between 1993 and 2003. These young people are distinguished by the mastery of new technologies such as: the internet , cell phones , instant communication , real- time, high-tech equipment , which are usually called digital technology. This generation is also known as a silent, because they are accustomed to individualism , investing long periods in the manipulation of digital equipment they have. Individualism prevents them from paying attention to the people around them and prefer to hear only what is in their own interest.
