What is duplication and why is it important in communication?

Communication is essential for everything in life. In each exchange of idea, take place the transmitter and the receiver. Duplication is factor of communication, which is the ability to response with understanding to the transmitter with intention, who is sending the message. Duplication is important because keep the interest and the attention, maintain the cycle of conversation and produce sane conversation.

Firstly, duplication is significant because keep the interest and the attention between listener and talker. For example, if talker speaks with intention the listener with attention responses back with understanding, so the duplication took place and then consequently the listener becomes an active speaker with intention.

On the other hand, if everything explained in the paragraph above is sustained, then the cycle of conversation is maintained. From this point, we can appreciate the importance of duplication. This means, without duplication is impossible, not only difficult to keep a whole conversation, because in the absence of duplication, there is a lack of meaning in it.

If the duplication is sustained, for instance, between two people, it will produce sane conversation. In contrast, if talker speaks without any intention to be duplicable, which means compulsively, the factor of irrationality took place and the conversation is a kind of monologue, because don’t exist reply and response and the cycle of conversation was broken. The unwilling to duplicate is awful for any dialogue.

In conclusion, being willing to duplicate opens the door to the opportunity that the elements of conversation receives the benefits of it, such as, keep the interest and the attention, maintain the cycle and produce sane conversation between listeners and talkers. Nowadays, every person need to master this social ability in order to success and achieve their goals, because everything is relate with persons, and everyone need to communicate, and each exchanges of ideas, the duplication must take a place, in order to success.
