I. PRETEND YOU ARE THE ADMINISTRATOR OF A COMPANY. MAKE YOUR OWN DIALOGUE BETWEEN YOU AND YOUR CO – WORKERS ABOUT A PROBLEM YOU HAVE IN YOUR COMPANY. USE SIMPLE PAST TENSE AND PAST CONTINUOUS.
A: Administrator: I was doing the list of workers who are going to move to another branches and I noticed that there are some people who don’t have CV.
B: Worker: No problem. I’m going to ask everybody to hand out their CV as soon as possible.
A: Administrator: Good idea. Everybody is going to have two days at least to hand it out.
C: Worker: It’s better to consider just a day instead.
A: Administrator: I was also thinking about making a holiday schedule for all the workers but I realized there are not requests from them.
B: Worker: I’m going to ask everybody which month they would like to go on holiday.
A: Administrator: I was checking the last holiday schedule and I realized we can use it for this year.
B: Worker: OK. You’re right. It’s better to work taking into account the schedule we did last year.
