Title: Addiction Study

Introduction:

As children, we exerted pressure from society or family to be better and achieve goals, many people are addicted to the Internet, games, gym, etc., but there are others that don’t care about physical appearance, this obsession is not manifested in gyms, it is in desktop or libraries, they dedicate the effort directed to the study.

Development:

We can consider many causes, but the most important would be the student's personality from an early age, for example, people with a tendency to be demanding and perfectionist himself, regularly is by choice or by stimulating them or their parents who inculcate the fear of failure. Another cause is the social rejection, people who study tend to compulsively do to escape the social environment and complicated when it can’t stop and have no control to stop it. The last cause is anxiety, anxiously people perceived nervousness in academic exams and they overrated it more than what they really are.

Students are eager to show their skills and the fact of a high level of perfection. Finding self-perfection requirement isn’t bad, on the contrary it is very good and important set goals and strives for them, the disadvantage comes in the moment that we can’t do our goals, how big is the damage? The fail is a matter of decision. When you put too much power in one aspect (study) leave other aspects to side and pays no importance, for example, these people fail to bond with society, with physical health, with family relationships.

These addictions has no serious consequences but are troubling, the most common is physical inactivity, the prolonged sitting and not exercising, start with poor posture, muscle and joint pains and do not move. Also the damaged immune in our system because exercise causes endorphins are released that are running our sense of humor, they make our immune system to expand and we feel more comfortable and happy and this influences the concentration and how to study.

Conclusion:

We live in a society that is based on competition and the pursuit of goals, compete for best body, grades, better job or earn money, life itself has become a competition and this leads us to compare ourselves to others and self-require us stringent targets to achieve the best paying high price gains and sacrificing values Is that success? I think not, we must be proud about our goals, but also about the process that led us to fulfill it. People decide how to get a defeat, as a failure or as an opportunity to try again and even you can have a better result than we thought.
