Blackberry didn’t realize that the problem was that other Smartphone’s had more characteristics like the touch screen that seems more attractive for the clients, they were so confident with the functions of Qwerty keyboard and “BB messenger” that didn’t realize all the problems that the new Smartphones were occasioning until the day the problem were too big and the losses were major. Maybe if they start to create a new Smartphone that has better quality, confidentiality and other characteristics that other Smartphones provides to their clients and all these characteristics are the reason for the people bought a Smartphone instead of a Blackberry.
