In September 1 1939, the Wehrmacht invaded Poland after constant German demands for Danzig. Our delegates’ armed forces, The Red Army, invaded Poland on September 17, 1939 following the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact. After the conquest of Poland, while the Red Army was busy fighting Finland and conquering the Baltics, Germany quickly conquered most of Western Europe in a lightning campaign that left Britain isolated. The German war machine later occupied Yugoslavia and Greece in addition to sending General Erwin Rommel and The Afrika Korps to assist Fascist Italy in North Africa.      

In June 22, 1941, the Wehrmacht launched Operation Barbarossa, an operation designed to conquer the vast lands of the motherland. Despite the courageous stand of our comrade soldiers in hero cities like Odessa, Brest, Kiev and Kharkov, The Red Army was driven back to the very gates of Moscow and Leningrad where the enemy expected the capitulation of the Soviet Union. Instead of surrender, our delegation counterattacked and fought on against the advancing Wehrmacht, securing Moscow for the time being. Despite the setback, The Germans have not given up in their attempt to destroy the Soviet Union and are now commencing their drive towards the Caucasus Region and threaten the oil fields of Baku.  

The USSR believes that only the complete and total capitulation of the Axis Powers can solve this crisis. Germany and its Axis allies have ravaged the vast lands of the USSR and only a colossal allied victory will forever contain the expansionistic ambitions of Adolf Hitler. The first phase in defeating the Axis powers is by consolidating our forces through the main fronts in the war, and exhausting their forces with attrition and industrial superiority. The second phase will be the counterattacks; The Red Army will launch Operation Springtime, Offensive campaigns in that will expel the German invaders from The Soviet Union by the spring of 1944 while the Western Allies open a second front in Western Europe through amphibious landings. The third phase will be the invasion of the German heartland, eliminating the Nazi government from power and getting rid of Germany’s capacity for war. The USSR will have a support role in The Pacific, giving weapons and equipment to the communist party in China and have troops on standby in the border of Manchuria but leaving most of the campaign to the United States of America and The United Kingdom.    

The USSR finds equally important the design of a new post war world, especially in Europe. The USSR will support the creation of the United Nations, as long as it is a permanent member of the organization and membership given to Ukraine SSR and Belarusian SSR even though they are not independent countries. The UN should attend to the eradication of Nazism and Fascism in Europe, as it has shown to be a government that favors war and violence. The government of the countries liberated should take the government of the nation that liberates them so all nations that are liberated by the USSR will adopt communist governments and those liberated by the western allies adopt democratic governments, this policy will be used for Germany, Japan and Italy with optional variations. In the Pacific, The UN should legitimize the rightful government in China to be the Communist Party under Mao Zedong because of their complete dedication to fighting the Japanese and belief in the worker.
