Dear Mr Ponce,

I acknowledge receipt of your online baggage claim.

I am contacting you in relation to your claim request for damage to your Eye bag. I have noted that the report of the damage, under PIR Ref: MADFR12161 confirms that the damage is to the wheel of the bag.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Unfortunately, despite the best efforts of staff and baggage handlers can occasionally be damaged when in the hold of the aircraft, particularly during take-off and landing.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

In order to processes a direct claim with the airline you will need to submit an invoice from the manufacturer or their appointed service agent for the repair or of the bag.

Please note that the confirmation of the bag being irreparable will only be accepted if it is received on the manufacturers, or their appointed service agent's, headed paper. It must also include the brand name of the item and a full description of the damage.  Correspondence from the shop of purchase will not be accepted.

In order to processes any payment you may be due as efficiently as possible, we ask that you upload copies of all the relevant receipts to support your claim, along with your bank details to the link below.
