The violation is of big importance in the global legal scheme, being considered a serious offense that is contrary of a series of fundamental human rights.
Those who commit this crime are called "sex offenders." These attackers make use the force (physical or emotional) to dominate or intimidate their victims in order to satisfy your desire or sexual drive. A determining factor for the crime of rape is punishable factor is the absence of consent of the victim.
Rape is a type of sexual assault usually involving sexual intercourse or other forms of sexual penetration perpetrated against a person without that person's consent. The act may be carried out by physical force, coercion, abuse of authority or against a person who is incapable of valid consent, such as one who is unconscious, incapacitated, or below the legal age of consent.
Exist 3 types of rape these are:
1. Domestic: when the rapist is a member of the family, they are generally by stepfathers and uncles.
2. Induced: the raped accepts based on lies
3. Unconscious: when the person is in a state of intoxication or drugged in which the person does not know what he does
