Part 1:

PROPOSAL FOR THE CAREERS DAY

Introduction

The purpose of this proposal is to suggest ideas for the careers day to make it interesting and helpful for students that are about to complete their studies.

Changes

Although the last careers day was kind of successful, this year should be better, and we must add some leaflets or folders with the references, such as the name or the phone number, for the students that would like to contact the people that came to talk to them. Also, we need to think about the duration of the event in case that any student could not attend one day, it should be another one. We should divide the jobs in categories to make a better use of time.

How To Make The Event More Interesting

Unusual jobs would be a great idea in order to keep the students interested and give them other options instead of the usual. In order to make the careers day an amazing event, we could add some hands-on workshops for the students to experiment how would be to work on some jobs and if they like them, it should help them decide.

Part 2:

The Notebook is a famous movie based on a book written by Nicholas Sparks, who has been The New York Times N#1 author for many years.

The movie tells a story of a young couple, Noah and Allie, that were from different social status and, despite the opinion of her mother, were happy together. At the same time, another couple of advanced age, where the woman has Alzheimer and the man have had many heart attacks, are at an elder house and he tells the woman a story written in an old notebook. The movie goes on focused on the young couple, and nobody suspects that, in fact, the old couple is the young Noah and Allie.

It is one of my favourite movies because of the interesting plot that Nicholas Sparks has for us. And do not even mention the end, because it is completely different of what you imagined when you started to watch the movie.

This would be a perfect addition to the movie pack and I am sure most of the girls want a copy of this movie on their shelves just like I want one of the movie packs you have for us. I love watching movies, every kind of them, dramas, romantic ones, like this one, a comedy is always well recieved and terror is perfect for a night with friends and lots and lots of candy.
