In conclusion we can say that huge quantities of vegetables consumed, but these numbers could grow if it is broadcast in greater depth, the consumption of vegetables, taking into consideration its nutritional properties. as already mentioned it could be the solution to many problems of hunger and malnutrition that exist in the countries.
